Your Role:

Are you a charismatic, tenacious individual? If so, and you have a love for luxury products and previous retail or showroom management experinece this position may be a great fit. Your typical day will include offering exceptional customer service to our affluent clientele and providing direct sales support and collaborative contributions to our showroom. As our Store Manager we are looking for an extensive high-living knowledge-base when communicating with our clients. A strong sense of Product Sales, Customer Service, and ability to effectively communicate the quality difference of our client's luxury products are imperative. You will be tasked with enhancing our client experience by translating creative vision, using and maintaining company software such as Microsoft Office Suite, and Point of Sale functions. You will be instrumental in creating visual displays, and maintain positive relationships between our client's company and clients. You will be responsible to achieve store sales goals and be able to assist our client's niche demographic with a professional and attentive demeanor.

Your Skills:

* A mature, seasoned professional with management experience within a luxury brand

* Experience in made-to-order showroom is a plus

* Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required

* Able to maintain business hours and a polished, presentation

* Flexible schedule including Sunday-Saturday hours and required weekends
