Their product assortment includes; high-performance mattresses, custom headboards, exclusive linen and down products. Their award-winning products have been featured in 5-star hospitality, residential and trade markets for years, earning them national recognition as a top global luxury brand.  

Salary & Benefits

  • $45-60k plus commission
  • Full benefits package including after 90 days
  • 401K
  • 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, 3 personal and 5 sick paid days per year

Job Profile

  • 2-5 years showroom sales experience in luxury home furnishings REQUIRED
  • Developing effective strategies in achieving personal and storewide sales goals
  • Proactively connects, presents and secures prospective and/or new clients
  • Ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and close sales confidently                                           
  • Build, develop and manage a robust clientele base including; residential and trade clients
  • Provide exceptional communication including; client presentations, verbal and written
  • Learn and become an expert clearly communicating pertinent product details, what distinguishes the brand from other products on the market
  • Learn about each client as an individual, so as to be able to introduce appropriate additional and alternative sales
  • Ability to work on self-initiative as well as on any projects assigned by Area Manager
  • Properly use and troubleshoot basic Microsoft Office and Point of Sale functions
  • Ability to help customers make the best design choices in choosing and coordinating products
  • Awareness of company policies regarding customer complaints, return and exchange procedures
  • Assist in maintaining the company standard to maximize sales and minimize loss
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software programs 
  • Mindfulness of business hours and personal presentation
  • Available during normal business hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally attend special after-hour events is preferred
