About the Company

Our client's studio has been handcrafting custom products since 2000. Designed by creative visionary, their products are inspired by cultures worldwide and embody artisan craftsmanship and beauty.  Having established a reputation as a leader in the industry our client has growth their business and is looking for a showroom manager to lead the sales, client experience and projects for the firm. 

Salary & Benefits

  • $70-$80K plus commission
  • Full benefits package including; medical, dental, vision healthcare, 401K, PTO and paid holidays

Job Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years interior design showroom sales experience in the Scottsdale market.  The ability to sell to the trade, engage, acquire and develop a robust client base is a must. Polished, professional and articulate describe some of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for this firm.  Roles and responsibilities include;

  • 2+ years Management experience in Scottsdale market, with a focus on interior designers industry 
  • Proven sales track record
  • Well-developed relationships with interior designers, architectural and similar firms within the industry and market
  • Ability to acquire high end contacts in the industry
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly build a solid rapport potential clients
  • Create and maintain an outstanding brand image of Showroom within the LA design industry. 
  • Respond and react promptly to client and potential client communications
  • Ensure existing and potential customers receive a positive experience
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Act as a single point of contact for our clients
  • Maintain relationship with existing client contacts including office visits and presentations
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office a must (Proficiency in Quickbooks, Photoshop and Autocad a plus)
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, team player
