Job Profile

The Specifications Sales Manager will oversee, develop and manage all aspects of outside and inside sales in the Miami, Florida territory, delivering sales growth, manage and train existing partners, communicate effectively to the A&D industry, and deliver accurate sales projections.

  • Experience in interior design specifically lighting projects, outside and inside sales a must
  • Ability to generate multi-million book of business 
  • Maintain profit margins, and corporate sales and presentation goals
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver, organized, effective verbal and written communication
  • Responsible to prospect new clientele, set meetings with architectural and interior design firms
  • Exceptional product and sales presentation, service, project management and follow up skills
  • Deliver CEU presentation to forum of architects to spur new and recurring business
  • Aptitude to travel working with outside sales clients, while leading and supporting an in-house team
  • Work with in-house design team to act as lighting consultant on limited scope projects
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the trade community
  • Generate monthly CRM reporting, accounts and reconcile project workload
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Aptitude in AuotCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Suites, with ability to quickly learn proprietary programs
