Job Profile

Work under the Project Director and/or Project Manager and in cooperation with the Project Team to develop high quality design on time and on budget. This is a position in which the Designer and / or Technical staff will be given the opportunity to develop management skills. 

  • Develop and manage all scope of life-cycle projects from design conception to installation
  • Ability to adhere to project benchmark goals, budget, contract and related documentation
  • Manage design team in preparation of final drawings, sourcing, materials, and presentations
  • Prepare and lead project presentations including benchmark progress reports and project related items
  • Proficient in autoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Suites
  • Knowledge of contracts, bids and contract fees
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and time management skills
  • Proactive communicator, team player, strategic creative problem solver
  • Active in the trade community
