The Designer is responsible for collaborating with the Principal, Director and Design Manager in the creation of a project’s comprehensive interiors scheme, involving the coordination of interior architecture, space programming, space planning, FF&A, and color/materials. The Designer supports the team lead with the design, selection, and specification of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes (custom or commercially available) and is responsible to understand the creative, technical, budgetary, operational, and design document coordination accountability for all facets of the interior FF&A package.

SPECIFICATIONS and experience in SPEXX is highly regarded.
