Day in Your Life:
As the Regional Sales Leader, you will be part of the corporate sale team leading the Texas market selling services to builders and dealing with top management. Your current relationships with residential builders will benefit you as you cover the lower central states and sell to builders, and developers. Bringing leadership qualities to this role is expected and will be imperative as you identify and develop high-value relationships with large corporate clients. Your primary focus will be working with builders and developers to sell our client's services for model merchandising. Your daily responsibilities will include, management of sales relationships with existing customers, identifying short-term and long-term sales retention and penetration opportunities. As the Regional Sales Leader, you will develop high-value-add relationship with buyers and decision makers and attain profit margins objectives as detailed in the sales business plan. It's imperative that you be able to identify short-term and long-term sales retention and opportunities with active and reactivated accounts. You will ensure that all members of your sales team remain current with relevant marketing and collateral materials and achieve monthly and annual gross margin targets through acquiring new and managing existing accounts.
