Our client is a major provider of FF&E to the hospitality industry, they make their clients' hotels visually striking, meeting budget and hotel brand standards along the way. They're expertly versed in brand standards for some of the most prominent hotel franchises in the United States.

Compensation

  • $50-75K + based on experience

Job Profile

The ideal candidate for this role, will be responsible for creating mutually beneficial relationships with hotel management groups, hotel owners, hotel brands for contracting Design, Procurement of Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E).  The ideal candidate should be fluent in commercial project management as it pertains to hotel construction and renovation of existing hotels.  The ideal Field Sales Representative candidate will embody the following;

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent. Hospitality experience is preferred
  • 4-8 years Sales Experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Access to your own vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision (Self Starter)
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point
  • Develop, build and manage a portfolio of hotel clients
  • Oversee the sales process from acquisition, quoting and expediting
  • Prospect new clients using "Customer Relationship Management"
  • Network within the Hospitality Industry to develop additional leads leading to prospect acquisition
  • Participate in travel events as required
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer services issues as needed
  • Can travel 40% of the year
