Job Profile

?The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in the following areas of A&D residential interior design.  The organization is hiring multiple interior designers of all levels including; junior, lead and senior level leadership.  Residential experience is a must for lead and senior level, whereas junior may be accepted with commercial and limited residential.  Junior level interior designers must be open and receptive to coaching in the moment.

  • Art, Architecture or Interior Design degree and relevant experience
  • 7+ years of interior design or relevant experience
  • Professional portfolio required
  • Design Team Leadership experience (required for senior level positions)
  • Oversee all scale and VIP design projects
  • Provide design expertise and direction to the Gallery Design Team
  • Foster close partnerships with Gallery Leaders, the Gallery Design Team and Field Leaders
  • Oversee the growth and development of the design business in partnership with the Gallery Leaders
  • Represent the brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism
  • Proven success developing and overseeing concurrent projects
  • Hands-on interior installation experience required
  • Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail required
  • People and service and relationship driven
  • Strong leadership skills, Strategic and mental agility
  • Highly organized, Collaborative, Results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred
  • Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred
