Unique luxury Bath & Kitchen organization seeking a Store Manager to lead a high performing team.  Empowered to develop and execute sales, budgetary, service, presentation and marketing brand standard goals.  Competitive salary and benefits compensation package, as well as vertical movement career opportunities available within the organization.

  • Drive sales and margin goals through exceptional leadership, customer service and sales techniques
  • Establish, oversee and maintain retail showroom teams and district BDP (Business Development Plan)
  • Ensure showrooms maintain presentation, product and marketing standards
  • 5-10 years demonstrated leadership experience
  • BA or BS in related field preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, decision making, planning and organizational skills
  • Proven track record exceeding sales, service, profit and talent development goals
  • District Sales Manager cross-industry experience encouraged
  • Regular travel and flexible schedule required
