Job Description:
The Healthcare Market
Manager will develop of one of the Company's major market segments
and establish this floor covering product as a
primary supplier to the healthcare market in the United States. The
healthcare market segment includes all floor coverings (new
construction, renovation and remodeling) for hospitals,
out-patient/ambulatory surgery services, doctor's offices, nursing
homes and assisted living residences.
Responsibilities:
Working with the regional sales force, market manager
facilitates sales in the market segment by direct sales.
The market manager assists management in the process of
operational and strategic planning for healthcare markets and
products and in the establishment of sales and supporting budgets.
Together with the Regional Manager, the market manager is
responsible for sales and Gross Profit of this flooring
product into healthcare markets and for staying within the
established cost and expense budget.
Candidates must have previous experience selling into major
healthcare facilites.
