there is never a charge to our candidates.

Why do I need to complete an application?
If we have an open position that matches your skill-set and requirements we need a completed application on
file before we can reveal the name of the company we are recruiting for. This application serves three
purposes. First it protects the confidentiality of our client and the open position. Second, it gives us
additional information that does not appear on your resume. Lastly, it protects Interior Talent by ensuring
our candidates understand our role in this process.
